Your online store should match your shelf
Your MyWBU storefront and your ERPLY inventory drift apart every day. Stock arrives and nobody turns the item back on. Something sells out and it stays buyable online. Each one is either a sale you never get or an order you cannot fill. MyWBU Item Status checks every item, at every store, several times a day, and tells you exactly which ones are wrong.
Lost sales
In stock, not live
The product is on your shelf, but switched off or flagged out of stock online. Customers who search for it cannot buy it.
Unfillable orders
Live, no stock
The product is live online, but ERPLY says you have none to sell. The next online order is a refund and an unhappy customer.
How it works
- Automatic checks. Axis signs in to each store's MyWBU admin a few times a day, reads every store item and its online status, and compares it with the store's free stock in ERPLY (on hand, less units already reserved for orders). A manager can refresh a store on demand.
- Smart about exceptions. Gift cards, memberships and bundles never hold stock, so they are recognised and never flagged. Items that are selling with a negative count are shown separately: the count is wrong, not the stock.
- Prioritised for you. Every flag is ranked by what is at stake: recent sales at that store, plus the value of the stock you could be selling. Your fastest sellers rise to the top; a dusty single unit sinks.
- Fixed in one click. Make live turns an item back on and can email the customers who asked to be told when it is back. Mark out of stock keeps it listed with an expected date. Deactivate takes it off the storefront. Select a batch and fix them together.
- Snooze with a reason. Know an item is fine? Snooze it for a week, a month, a quarter or until something changes. If its status changes, it comes straight back, so a snooze never hides a new problem.
- Verified and audited. After every change Axis re-reads MyWBU, so what you see is what your storefront really shows. Every action is logged with who made it and when.
- Alerts where you already look. The mismatch count appears in the Axis Alerts panel on desktop and in the Axis Pocket mobile app. Managers see their stores; owners and district managers see them all.
Questions
What do I need to use it?
Axis connected to your ERPLY account, and a MyWBU store admin login for each store you want checked. Stores without a MyWBU login are simply skipped.
Does it change anything in ERPLY?
No. It reads stock from ERPLY and changes only the item's online status at MyWBU. Prices, products and counts in ERPLY are untouched.
Will it switch items on or off by itself?
No. Axis finds and ranks the mismatches; a person decides what to do with each one. Nothing changes on your storefront until someone clicks.
How often does it check?
Several times a day on a schedule, plus an on-demand refresh per store. Changes made from Axis are re-checked immediately.
